Charging a 12 year olds....let alone a 7 year old...with a felony might not be fair in this case.Yes,if they were older they deserve serious punishment (assuming they did it).I wonder if these kids need psychiatric help.

It’s fair. Once upon a time children were treated the same as adults...and crimes were fewer in number. Coincidence? I think not. If they can think up cruelty and commit it, they can face the penalties. They’re not too young to know right from wrong. Not nearly.
