You have to wonder what the hundreds of thousand, maybe even millions of people that had their insurance canceled, are thinking and feeling. Where do they go as of 1/1/2014 they will have no coverage, physician uncertainty etc. They are not only Dems; but Repubs and Indies.

One option is Christian healthcare co-ops. No messing with the nonsense of the exchanges, and no tax/penalty. Much less expensive, too.

I think its time forva commercial or discussion on TV with real people and what they have experienced with Obamacare (and 0’s destruction of the U.S.). I think it mght be effective if the Commie stations dont stop it from airing...

Fortunately I have coverage through my wife. Otherwise, I would be in their shoes, with a chronic condition that costs far more to treat than virtually anyone could pay out of pocket.

Yeah, the Communist-in-Chief is for the "little guy."

Count me as one of those. A few months ago, my physician informed me that their group would no longer be taking any patients with insurance. The plans they offered were of little use, since they were clearly aimed at people who went to the doctor more than me. Figures, I had finally found a doctor I really liked, and even though it was a long drive to get there, it was well worth it.

And then my plan will vanish as of the end of the year. I browsed around the list of plans available (I didn’t log in, so I know that the plans listed were an underestimation of the actual price), and I will be paying double the cost, and get nothing really other than catastrophic. Maybe I will be eligible for deductions, but I really don’t want to use the exchanges, if for no other reason than they are clearly a security risk.

I have no idea what I will do. Probably just pay the penalty, but I don’t like the idea of having no coverage.
