CA Deputies Shoot, Kill 13-Year-Old Carrying Fake 'Assault Weapon'

On October 22, a 13-year old boy was shot and killed by Santa Rosa, California Sheriff's deputies after they saw him walking down the street with what they thought to be an "assault rifle."
According to the Associated Press, the deputies ordered the boy to drop the weapon and eventually "fired several rounds." The boy fell to the ground and was handcuffed, after which the deputies "began administering first aid."
The 13-year old was pronounced dead at the scene. It turns out his "assault weapon" was only a replica. He also had a "plastic handgun in his waistband."
The names of the deputies have not been released.

Cops were not in control of themselves, forget the situation.
Come to my neighborhood and they’d drop all three of my young boys running and rolling around, too stupid to pay attention to anything outside their world.
And I wont bring them in.
I’m sure the officers feel just, terrible. I hope they’re on suicide watch. No sense in more tragedy.

Doubt they gave the boy ANY warning.
Once they realized it was a toy gun, AND the kid was lying there with multiple gun shot wounds, who was the fricking idiot that determined hand cuffing him was the next appropriate step?

So identify the deputies, and let us cuss them by name. One of the problems with destroying our culture, and of turning out half-wits from our schools, is that we get dumber and dumber cops, men who don’t have the sense to control their fears and instincts, and make good judgements on their feet.
It isn’t safe to let your kids go outside anymore, with all the incompetent police roaming the streets.
If he spoke perfect English he might well have been complied because he could not. He did not have been a weapon. He had a toy.
This means War, everyone grab your toy guns and move out.
