BOSTON (AP) — Vice President Joe Biden planned to join Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and former U.S. Rep. Patrick Kennedy for a forum on policies that affect people with mental illness, intellectual disabilities or addiction.
The two-day event marks the 50th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy's signing of the Community Mental Health Act. The legislation, the last signed by Kennedy before his assassination, helped transform the way people with mental illness are treated and cared for in the United States.

I advised my sister who he lives with to let him pass out, then put on rubber gloves and put his hand prints on a knife and and leave it there, then turnover the ever clear bottle on the floor and call police an say he was ranting about suicide before he passed out. He has done this in the past, but they never called the police. It’s hard to do something like that to your only brother.
She is at her wits end and does not have as much backbone to do tough love and kick him out. Both she and her husband have health issues, he has MS, her’s is blood pressure from dealing with a always drunk brother. Either my mom took care of him or my sister did.
He best not come to me, cause that is just what I’d do. She told him to get out and go to our youngest sister’s..he will have to take the bus, no transportation, and no DL much less ins. And my BIL will not accept him.

Hopefully this “forum” is a set-up by the mental health community in order to involuntarily commit these LIB/DIM asses.

My thoughts also, was he attending as a representative of the government or as an example of the afflicted. Either way having Joe attend is just nuts.
