... Obama did not know HealthCare.gov faced technical problems before it went live, U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said.
"I think it became clear" to Obama in "the first couple of days," she told CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360" Tuesday.
She answered, "No, sir" when asked if Obama knew about the malfunctions and misfires before the website's Oct. 1 start.
"I think that we talked about having testing going forward," she said of White House and HHS discussions before the site went public.
"If we had an ideal situation and could have built a product in a five-year period of time, we probably would have taken five years," she said.

This sounds awfully familiar.
Once again Obama knew nothing about it and had his golf game interrupted when it came on the news that the website doesnt work.
Once again Obama is as frustrated as anyone about this.
Once again Obama is going to get to the bottom of it and find those responsible.
Once again his appointee whose reponsibility it was, Sebelius in this case, who claims she didnt tell him about it is protected by Obama.

I agree. It’s curious that he wouldn’t negotiate with the Pubbies during the gov’t slowdown on delaying Obummercare. Had he done so, most would never have known what a hugh and series flop it is. He could have come out smelling like a rose,so to speak. He also could have used it to his advantage in the next negotiations with the Pubbies - hey, I gave you the delay, now you need to give me xxx. That said, that’s IF the Pubbies would actually negotiate with him instead of giving him and Dingy Harry what they want.
OTOH, given ValJal is the shadow _resident, maybe The Won actually didn’t know (though I suspect he did). It’s CYA time for the Admin and we all know it.
I think it was the great Chuck Todd that set this meme up on a tee. He asked the hard-hitting question of the Carney the other day, “Is the President angry he was misled about this?”

Speaking of which, the standard ‘we lost the shutdown because that no good liberal media blamed us again’ post popped up here this morning and so I recalled a thread posted here Sept 25 where the American Thinker author was predicting ahead that the GOP ‘could win’ the shutdown fight against Obama because the media will side with them when they keep saying they want to compromise and Obama wont.

I marked that one in my memory at the time as ludicrous.
But the end of the question was pure theater “who let him down”? Let him down? They have spent a half a billion dollars of OUR MONEY on this clowns failed agenda, money just wiped away and Chuck Todd is worried about who let Obama down? It is so wrong on so many levels that it almost impossible to comprehend.
Hasn’t the “I’m Black so I’m not responsible for anything” card been played enough already? Clown Prince nobama, his minions, his enablers and his grifter family should all be in prison for their crimes against this Country and against our Freedoms.
I’m trying to imagine Patton publicly handling defeats this way.
It makes perfect sense because Todd had to pull his nose out of Obastard’s fanny to pose the question. What cracked me up about the whole affair was how it was reported: “Reporter asks tough question of Jay Carney.” Yeah, really tough. “Who do you want to blame for this fiasco?”
Just a minor setback.
All it proves is that demand and interest in Obamacare is so great that no one not even he the wise one Obama or Sebelius could have anticipated how popular and under demand it was. No server in the universe could handle that.

We need to strat VERY LOUDLY insisting on Congressional hearings on the $6 million non-functioning website.
Heads should roll and money should be refunded.
If we don’t demand, it won’t happen.

This was just a catch phrase for those who aren’t really paying attention, those who listen to talking points and little cute sayings, and then they vote based on them.
Don’t forget crimes against his own race for giving credibility to the typical stereotype of blacks.
