Oh, there will be concierge clinics for surgery - doggoned right. They won’t be the “space shuttle” monster buidlings and so on you are talking about....but there will absolutely be, and in fact there already are - concierge type systems for any and everything you need. They will cater to cash customers and also to some catastrophic simple plans, and they’ll probably take the Amish type and the Christian Care type groups as well.
You do not comprehend the wonderfulness of American hospitals...the massive machinery, the technicians, the maintainers and even the administrators. This is all in additions to the physicians, nurses, ancillary medial personnel. It's a marvelous thing--the hospitals of America.
