CGI, the Canadian company responsible for the idiotic obamaumaocare healthcare.gov website disaster... also owns Stanley, Inc (the #45 of the top 100 govt. contractors) who employed, voila' the people who breached the passports of 2008 candidates (the target was not obama, it was McCain to drum up the special Pelosi sponsored bill "exonerating" McCain as being a Natural Born American.... but NOT one claiming the same about obamaumao. The reward? Contract for obamaumaocare under a no-bid contract. Crony corruption and incompetence meets cover story for fraud.
