By golly, if that is true it should be busted wide open however we can. Brennan the former station chief in Saudi, a catholic then converts to islam, and takes a job with Stanley?

The report of the breach of passports said that 2 employees of Stanley were fired before investigators could interview them. One other employee, said to be from Analysis (whose CEO was Brennan, btw was not fired).
Lieutenant Quarles Harris was a witness in the breach investigation because Metro Police caught him with credit and passport info he had on him, which he got from apparently one of the 3 employees (one can wonder if it was Brennan’s employee who wasn’t fired but kept on and had already potentially dumped this info on Harris who is then murdered in “the hood”).
There is a lot of meat possible here— maybe Pam Geller at Atlas Shrugs can expand with it. Brennan is serious scum.

The State Department this evening had not yet released the names of the persons responsible for the unauthorized searches but said two were employed by Stanley Inc. and the third was an employee of The Analysis Corp. (TAC).
Stanley Inc., a 3,500-person firm, is an Arlington-based information technology firm that this week won a $570 million contract to continue providing passport services to the State Department, which the company has done since 1992, according to Stanley Inc.s Web site.
TAC is a McLean-based information firm that has helped the State Department automate the Terrorist Watchlist over the last several years, the companys Web site said. TACs Chief Executive Officer John O. Brennan is a former CIA agent who is an adviser to Mr. Obamas presidential campaign.
In 2010, CGI acquired Stanley Inc., including Stanley's subsidiary operations Oberon and Techrizon. The acquisition nearly doubled the size of CGI's U.S. operations. In addition, the combination of talent and capabilities created further opportunity for growth in the key U.S. federal market.

There may be, but it likely does not involve Harris. You misspelled his name, he and his mother spelled it "Leiutenant" and that is how it appears in the various police records. He was not a commissioned officer of anything; but, it seems, he was merely a street punk.
That is a small point, however, and your take on Brennan does appear accurate.
