President Barack Obama helped a pregnant woman who began to faint during his speech about health care reforms today, joking 'That's what happens when I talk too long.'
Mr Obama reached out to catch prospective Affordable Care Act beneficiary Karmel Allison who was standing directly behind him as he discussed the glitches of the new healthcare website in the Rose Garden of the White House.
Around 25 minutes into the speech, Ms Allison became unsteady and started to lose consciousness. At that point, the President turned around and helped catch her before she actually fainted.
'I got you. You're OK,' Mr Obama told her. The woman was escorted away for medical assistance as the crowd applauded.

Ms Allison later tweeted: 'I'm ok world- just got a little lightheaded.Thanks, @BarackObama for catching me! And good thing this pregnant diabetic is pregnant :)'

Just now saw it on the news. She never fainted, he didn't catch her and he didn't say " I got you.........
He just turned around and looked at her as she was being escorted off then turned back and continued with his speech......
I am amazed that he did not do an abortion while he had her down on the podium.
Oh, I don’t disagree that this was most likely a scripted event...just positing a differing perspective based on what I saw in the pics.
But you’re image does make that patch look more “curious” and no, I can’t say that I have seen anything like that for a transderm type patch.

Yes, he does get the signal. Notice no one is too excited, even the guy beside her. How convenient she's standing exactly behind him and not two people over out of his reach. The poor pregnant diabetic woman would have fallen if the other minority woman and our minority usurper hadn't caught her because the creepy azzed cracker dude leaned back out of the way so our hero could come to the rescue.
I ran the photo screenshot through a filter in Photoshop designed to increase the normal depth of field in an image by “pumping up” the contrast in a controlled manner.
The rectangle in the center of the patch was the giveaway...as its far far thicker than anything on any patch Ive seen “live” or have been able to locate on the web.

On another thread someone did a Zillow search (from her name, unusual) on her home. It is valued over $600,000. I don’t think she needs to use an exchange. Only 3 of the 13 people were able to complete the signup process and 1 of them hasn’t selected a plan or carrier.
The staged propaganda by this guy is nauseating.

I put nothing below “Dictator Obama”....he’d sell his wife and daughters into Muslim slavery to protect his butt!!! But......reading the British press which makes ours look sick....i think this woman was into a true fainting spell. First she is a long term stage one, diabetic, two she had no water to drink in the morning and was dehydrated before she walked out on the White House lawn....which is poison for her. Dehydration and low blood sugar can cause a fatal reaction!!! I blame Obama, his staff, her husband for placing her in harm’s way knowing she was diabetic and pregnant and dehydrated!!! Obama being late only worsend her fate!!! What a guy....that Obama!!! Actually the poor woman was not the sharpest knife in the drawer and neither was her husband!!!
