I like how you think.
If the Chamber of Commerce wants tax reform, they should ally themselves with the Tea Party, not fight it.
Given their origins, that’d be nearly impossible for them to do; given their current leadership, it certainly would be impossible.
US Chamber of Commerce: one of the chief violators of our immigration and naturalization laws through enabling illegal aliens and their employers.
Mr. Donohue, PLEASE stop being such a BIG A$$HOLE. /s
the Chamber is only “pro business” in the crony capitalist sense of “what’s in it for me” (the tax code and/or regulations favoring an industry, or favoring a buiness or segment of business with an industry, over others; special interest tax exemtions, tax subsidies, import quotas, loans insured by the taxpayers, and other forms of crony-capitalist use of the favors of big government) but NOT in the sense of industry nuetral, business neutral taxes and regulations that make for a transparent level playing field for ALL business at once
To quote Eddie Cusack in Code of Silence “When I want your opinion, I’ll beat it out of you.” Ya gotta love the dialog in Chuck Norris movies.
The Chamber of Commerce will get nothing from me except for criticism.
What a sham it has become.
1600 H Street.
But he’s not an insider. LOL
Same thing should apply here. Every freeper that belongs to the captive Chamber should quit and let their local group know why...or the action is futile.
And if you have friends in the Chamber, urge them to quit, also...and tell they why they should. They probably don't have the faintest idea what their National is up to.
