Title is bad: "Republicans Must Fix Obamacare, Not Destroy it: Ben Stein"
(Excerpt) Read more at finance.yahoo.com ...
Why, because NOT ONE REPUBLICAN VOTED FOR IT BEN STEIN!
DOH!
Why fix it??? Just scrap it! I still believe there is time to do so.
Republicans need to nuke Obamacare from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.
Republicans fixing Obamacare is GOPe strategy.
They want to exploit all the anger over Obamacare to elect more business as usual liberal Republicans next year.
The Republican insiders want to modify Obamacare, not end Obamacare.
And they will probably do it with our taxes and an increased national debt subsidizing the high costs of the premiums.
Mr. Stein worked early in his life at the White House for President RIchard NixOn.
HELL NO !
Then you must force the Democrats to do so. The Democrats need their nose rubbed in it hard so that the stench goes up to what brains they still have.
The Republicans do not have the Senate nor the Presidency. And to do so now requires both of those.
No, the ball is in the Democrat's court and if we don't get them to fix it, we are going to all be in the POO for a long time.
folks need to read the article. Stein said “Congress” must fix it; he didn’t say Republicans.
I’m waiting for the “Colonist must fix Monarchy not rebel against it” article. Some things just do not work and cannot be fixed.
I say, “NUKE IT FROM ORBIT!”
Ben’s plan would in fact be a massive improvement: no government mandates, no 30,000 pages of regulations, no trillion-dollar bureaucracy - just subsidies for people who can’t afford insurance. I would argue that we also need true price competition in insurance, which could be accomplished by allowing interstate purchases of health care plans and caps on medical malpractice awards, among other things.
That's why he's given away so much of his earnings.
He somehow believes it is appropriate for the Federal Government to take on the role of “Master Charity”, as though their motives are Noble.
Oak stake in its heart would be better. Satan is dancing waiting for the RFID chip provision to be fully implemented.
Then the sheep will have a choice on who to serve. Most will happily accept their condemnation. Others will fight, others will die before accepting.
Our faces elected by us gave us what we wanted.
Reject God! and embrace satan.
The message
To be clear, lets examine the words spoken by Diane Reidy into the microphone. The following is the text of her message, compiled from two separate audio sources:
God will not be mocked. The greatest deception here is this is not one nation under God. It never was. Had it been, it would not have been. No. It would not have been. The Constitution would not have been written by Free Masons. They go against God. You cannot serve two masters. You cannot serve two masters. Praise be to God, the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise forever.
So, that was her message, or as much as she was able to get out before being forcibly removed by two members of the House security detail.

I would be repenting about now. Most here will scoff and reject but that is what is planned.
No A/C in hell.
Exactly correct.
Ben Stein lost all economic credibility in the collapse of 2008.
Obamacare is much, much worse than nothing at all. It did what I might have thought impossible -- it took an already bad system and actually made it worse. (Maybe there is something in the California water.)
Stein purports HE invented RomneyCARE/ObamaCARE
and THAT makes it a thing to keep.
Did not know Ben Stein was a HupA.
Destroy Ben Stein
Obamacare must be treated like cancer. It has to be totally destroyed, or it will come back with a vengeance and destroy the country even faster than this present version.
Ben Stein used to make sense. I think he’s lost it.
