After instituting tort reform, in my book we should get rid of State licensing entirely and go to a system that only considers harm done by individual action in civil court. What was state licensure would be managed by insurance companies and third party verification.

After all, is the State responsible for the competency of its validation and certification services?

Licensing in some areas may be a good idea, but in most areas it has run amok. The original purpose of licensing was to protect consumers from quacks. Now about 90% protects existing businesses from competition.

0vomit doesn’t have a license of any sort, we haven’t seen any diplomas or degrees or test results or application, nor any accomplishments he can point to, yet he never shuts up with his stupid advice telling the rest of America how to run their lives.
