Too much emphasis on technical glitches and not enough on the basic flaws, including: (1) forcing people with good health insurance to cross-subsidize those without it; (2) forcing people to buy coverage they don’t want or need; (3) price controls on doctors and hospitals, which discourages them from providing quality care; (4) failure to address the lawsuit problem; and (5) cost-increasing regulatory and paperwork burden.

In my experience in S/W development (45 years) adding resources to a project that is behind or in trouble ALWAYS makes things worse. ALWAYS

And usually in proportion to the amount of new resources added. And it usually incurs a disproportionately high increase in costs.

Oh, and I am sure the requirements are well defined and documented, and have been thoroughly vetted against the regs that define the Law itself.

Correct.

Even if the tech glitches were fixed, the prices will still be the same.

Inflated sky-high because of Gov't Big Brother mandates.
