Brooks was able to qualify for Medicaid coverage under the new Affordable Care Act provisions, and she will not have to pay any premium for her coverage. She's a MOOCHER! We Taxpayers are paying for her coverage! She's a MOOCHER!!!!!!

To function, Obamacare is going to have to attract and be able to sign up relatively healthy people who don’t qualify for a subsidy. Successfully adding another medicaid recipient to the rolls is hardly a success story.

She simply went to emergency before where there is a sign “no One is turned away”. Then she was assigned a free physician under Medicaid.

It's affordable care for Ms Brooks because you pay for it. Forward!!

How convenient! Say, this is really a neat deal! I even got a free toaster!
Where are the 7 million stories that go, “I never bothered with insurance because I never get sick but now they’re fleecing me for $850 a month! For nothing!”

So the story here is that, instead of inflicting obamneycare on the formerly free people of the United States, they could have just expanded medicaid.
More people have lost their medical coverage as a direct result obamneycare than have acquired it under obamneycare. The media isn't talking about that little consequence though.

“she will not have to pay any premium for her coverage.”
That is insane. My Medicare coverage money is taken out of my SS check. Then, I pay over $200 a month for supplement insurance to cover what Medicare doesn’t. I also pay over $60 a month for drug insurance.
That person gets it all for free - that is wrong and is part of what will destroy this country economically.

Elias Berner, a 64-year-old ... who now pays for his individual insurance coverage, spending $493 a month in premiums. and his premiums will drop to $97? Riiight.

It’s paradise. Everything is free. Hey, the Mercedes-Benz you gave me needs gasoline to run. I hope you’re paying for that too, because I can’t afford it?
To: Oldeconomybuyer
for a tiny fraction of the cost of that defunct website, the Obama thug gang could have covered thousands of poor people with sad stories and marched them in front of their obedient media.

According the original story, she is married, as this is her and her husband...

Mark Stamp rests his eyes for a moment as he waits for his wife, Carissa Brooks, left, to apply for health insurance Saturday at a Washington Healthplanfinder event at Crossroads Shopping Center in Bellevue.
