Looks like Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix was shot by a clown at a family gathering. There has to be a joke or a childhood nightmare in there somewhere.

The comedy Real Men, starring James Belushi and John Ritter, included a “rogue” group of FBI agents-killers who dressed as clowns.
It kind of makes me wonder whether the US government has a team of clown-assassins outside of the White House.
