Good evening, Mac...*HUGS*...commutes go well? Leggies getting back to normal?

I usually only have one knee bothering me at a time....this week, both are quite annoying. We had some beautiful sun today, but right now the sky is getting blacker and blacker.

Good commutes today - the legs are doing better and the back is doing better as well. A Hunter's Moon this evening - we had a penumbral eclipse a while ago.



All in all a good week. I've been off the treadmill recently, but with the legs feeling better I'll get back to it tomorrow. Will take it slow - "Hit the ground strolling!"
