If Kline violated the law, he should be accept the consequences. However, the difference between a pro-life vs. pro-abortion prosecutor who violates the law (say by charging Operation Rescue supporters in violation of their First Amendment rights) is that the liberal courts look the other way at those prosecutorial offenses.
Kline committed an unforgivable sin, he took action to enforce the law. The Supreme Court (not really the Supreme Court as 5 honest judges recused themselves to only be replaced by Sebelius supporters).
His predecessor, Stephan, had openly supported the abortion practices of both Dr. Tiller’s clinic in Wichita and the Planned Parenthood clinic in Eastern Kansas. He turned a blind eye to the legal restrictions regarding under age patients. The Court called this a sea change and it was: the Attorney General was no longer protectiing illegal behavior, he was working to stop it. The grossly profitable abortion industry could not tolerate such a threat and came after him. The opinion looks oh so official and legal. It is not, and the money generated by the deaths of thousands of dead Kansans is ready to go after anyone else who dares to challenge their little cash cow.
