The creators of that petition to arrest John Boehner, Eric Cantor and other influential Republicans are going to feel silly when they realize what an opportunity they missed. Red Alert Politics notes that actor Chris Noth of “The Good Wife” and “Sex and the City” has called for Tea Party members to be not arrested but horsewhipped.
That’s pretty harsh, but Noth says they deserve it. Why? For being racists, of course.

In that case Noth’s grandparents and great grandparents, and probably his parents too, should be dis-interred and horsewhipped. After all, the things that the tea party believes in, self reliance, personal responsibility, limited govt, religious freedom, liberty and justice for all, are the principles all Americans believed in not so very long ago.
