You may consider there are some very rough characters that are working and threatening behind the scenes. Boehner has remarked on at least one occasion that requests from tea party members was ‘dangerous’. There is no question in my mind that he is a coward and that most of the ruling class politicians are cowards and that they are controlled.

He violated it twice JUST this year 2013 before this CR (VAWA and tax deal) and twice the last session (Budget control and Sandy relief) yet not one challenged him, nor will they now.
