The best thing Republicans can do know is leave Obamacare alone. Let it implode, let the people see what a disaster it is, and let them feel the pain.
Yes, it means we have to feel the pain too and we have to suffer the onerous beast, but in the end Republicans can stand back as the 2016 elections roll around and say “See, we told you what would happen, now elect us and let us fix it.”
What Rubio did, getting in front of the rollout of Obamacare was brilliant. Now there's no question, Obama owns Obamacare.
A person smarter than Obama would've compromised with the 'pubs and delayed the mandate. Now Obama can't get away with saying he wasn't aware of the problems or blame anyone else.
Just as likely the RATS will convince people that it’s the evil insurance companies fault, and vote to let the government skip the middle men and give everybody “free” health care.
An Executive Order will be issued to extend the deadline and for any other issue that needs time and space for its implementation and they will be issued “as the law didn’t anticipate the enormity of the task of rolling this out.
Watch.
The problem with this tactic is the 51%-49% rule.
If the moochers who pay zero to nothing in outnumber the ones who get fleeced to pay for it, it will never go away. The moochers will outvote us.
Just like taxes.
I respectfully disagree. While it is unquestionable that Obama and his party TRULY own Obamacare, the implosion, if and when it occurs, will be owned by the Republicans, so sayeth the mainstream media and left-controlled websites. The low-information voter will believe as they are told, that the reason for all the Obamacare trouble is the result of X Y and Z that the Republicans have done to block implementation.
NO!!!
They don’t run on how they will fix it...
They need to repeal this tax, and restore the healthcare industry (in this country) back to before the Affordable Care Act (tax) was enacted...
Period...
Flashback to 1992: "The best thing Republicans can do now is let Bill Clinton get elected. That'll teach 'em."
Flashback to 2008: "The best thing Republicans can do now is let Barack Hussein Obama get elected. That'll teach 'em."
NO!
It is PAST TIME to fight back. PAST TIME.
And if the mousey Republicans won't do it, somebody else better.
To the extent that you are right, we should "leave it alone" but also:
- ridicule ObamaCare whenever possible,
- ridicule those who sign up for high ObamaCare premiums,
- ridicule those who give their personal information to an ObamaCare website with negligible security,
- ridicule those who give their personal information to an ObamaCare navigator with no background check,
- ridicule those in the industry of providing ObamaCare support, and
- ridicule those physicians corrupt or evil enough to accept ObamaCare policies.
We should spread every truthful story of ObamaCare corruption and ObamaCare fraud, every reason to worry about the website, the navigators, and the coverage, and every glitch and inconvenience that arises.
