Benedict Arnold had a stellar military career (including being wounded) before going overboard.

Didn't McNuts give up some of his fellow POW's?

As an aside, my father was a POW in WWII and McNuts wouldn't make a pimple on his arse!

“Benedict Arnold had a stellar military career (including being wounded) before going overboard.”

Arnold was one of Washington’s best generals. His leadership was critical in the colonial army’s victory at Saratoga, a turning point in the war and decisive defeat for the British.

Given McCain’s ongoing treachery, I have more respect for Benedict Arnold’s military service than I do for McCain’s. At least Arnold accomplished something in his military career that made the American Republican possible. McCain’s only accomplishment was losing his plane and being captured. Since then he has actively worked to destroy those who have tried to preserve the republic.
