RE :”
But blocking the bipartisan agreement reached today by the members of the Senate will not be a tactic for us. In addition to the risk of default, doing so would open the door for the Democratic majority in Washington to raise taxes again on the American people and undo the spending caps in the 2011 Budget Control Act without replacing them with better spending cuts. “ No-one could have predicted this. No one:

Lift your head up ButterCup.
We have won a great victory for the cause. ;) All of the RINO wing of the Republican Party has removed their masks and shown themselves to be the ENEMY in our Fox Hole.
Now take the fight to the Rat bastards!

This was a given, which is why I didn’t pay much attention to this shutdown, just sat and waited for the end.
I’m tired of the fearmongering about democrats winning in the House. In Obama’s 6 year midterm? Zero% chance of that. Zero. The President’s party gains in a midterm only when the President is very popular and even then they gain slightly.
BTW Boehner, bending to his will probably won’t hurt his popularity, numbnuts. How did Clinton do when Newt bent over? Hmm?
