Interesting debate in which the conservatives are now trying to convince UKIP and Nigel Farage to take a dive in the next election while dangling the carrot of alliance later on.
Nigel will have none of it. Great response from him.
Tea Party is in a similar (yet not as strong) position as UKIP. We should study what is happening with UKIP very closely.

I like Nigel Farage. He stands on principle, argues his points with logic and he doesn't waste any time making a point.

>> I like Nigel Farage. He stands on principle
...and he’s a blue-ribbon A-hole who takes no prisoners.
I mean that with the deepest respect.
There’s times when leaders need to cut the “go along to get along” and throw an elbow or two.
The marxist phalange intends to win and subjugate, and they fight however dirty they need to.
The right needs to drop the nicey-nice and get brutal. On both sides of the pond.

Newt Gingrich has often gone for the jugular, but yes - this guy is brutal and you're right - this "go along to get along" stuff is for the birds.
