Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said Tuesday he was blindsided by news that House Republicans were moving forward on their own debt limit bill and disappointed in Speaker John A. Boehner, R-Ohio, for doing so.
Reid said on the floor that the new House GOP plan which includes a number of Obamacare-related provisions and omits instructions for a budget conference is unproductive and a waste of time, suggesting its only purpose was to cater to tea party conservatives and preserve Boehners speakership.
I know I speak for many of us who have been working in good faith when I say that we felt blindsided by the news from the House, but this isnt the first time. Extremist Republicans in the House of Representatives are attempting to torpedo the Senates bipartisan progress with a will that cant pass the Senate
and wont pass the Senate, Reid said. I am very disappointed with John Boehner, who would once again try to preserve his role at the expense of the country. I have worked hard to rise above partisanship, to find common ground in the Senate.

Good Faith?? LOL, Reid...KMFA
Hoe can harry Reid say he was blindsided by news that House Republicans were moving forward on their own debt limit bill and disappointed in Speaker John A. Boehner, R-Ohio, for doing so.
What did he think they were doing over there???? Having a circle jerk?
FUHR
When are you going to rise above Marxist partisanship Harry?
Pray America is Waking Up
“I have worked hard to rise above partisanship, to find common ground in the Senate.
What a crock of bull$h!t.
Why would Boner want to cater to the Tea Party? He’s GOPe.

This is satire—————right?
A joke?????????????
Is it possible the House Republicans are starting to enjoy actually doing their job?
Harry Reid blindsided by the idea that there’s another legislative body that gets to decide stuff! He apparently thought he took that power with him when he moved from the House to the Senate in 1987!
Dammit. Mitch, Johnny and Linda never fight me. Who do these republicans in the House think they are?!
Reid is an old evil bastard and it would be funny if he stroked out; just saying.
Whorehouse Reid ought READ THE CONSTITUTION.
I know this goes against all of the enemedia’s propaganda but the more harry reid and the dims project their action onto republicans... the more America sees the truth. Liberals are slowly turning against obamacare and calling the president out on his excuses. This will grow steadily worse while this present fight will become more and more clear to some Americans. We are winning this but taking damage from the enemy. They are being damaged more.
.
“The Colonials won’t pay the Stampy-foot Tax?!!??”
And with that, I call upon Cruz and our House guys to take back the joystick and GAME OVER this baby.
Reid just rejected a deal that was dripping with GOP surrender. Hunker down, get back to your states and districts, and leave the rats to drive us off a cliff by themselves.
We all know it’s a bluff anyway. They’ll defund stuff before they default. Unless Obama is willing to destroy his own legacy to take the nation down with it, which is a distinct possibility.
Democrats are “The Old Fart Party”
The Republicans must’ve heard the story about the frog and the scorpion crossing the river.
Harry Reid plays the part of the scorpion:
Near the end of the story.....
*”Halfway across the river, the frog suddenly felt a sharp sting in his back and, out of the corner of his eye, saw the scorpion remove his stinger from the frog's back. A deadening numbness began to creep into his limbs.
“You fool!” croaked the frog, “Now we shall both die! Why on earth did you do that?”
The scorpion shrugged, and did a little jig on the drownings frog's back.
“I could not help myself. It is my nature.”
Then they both sank into the muddy waters of the swiftly flowing river.
Self destruction - “Its my Nature”, said the Scorpion...”*
All of these type bills must originate in the house anyway. He is just pissy that they are actually doing what they were elected to do.
We can hope that is the case, but I don’t trust 99% of the HouseReps. Could it be that Priebus has told them that people just aren’t taking it any more and no longer donating to the RNC??? The Jig is UP. The Peeps are on to us, so we better at least look like we aren’t just the flipside of the same coin. Fall on the sword for America now, or they are all down the chute. I can dream!
