Not all, but most.

I think it's the single most factor which keeps black females unwed with chil'run. They pool the EBT and other assistance to their household with mamma, granny, etc.... So you see people who are making $50K to $100K using EBT cards because their children lease out their uterus for food and phones. City employees, school teachers, city judge, hospital workers, etc.... I see with their ID badges hung from their neck lanyards paying for their groceries with an EBT card.

They pimp out their kids.

Yep. In our area it's the Black Escalades. I started noticing them, markedly, after the '08 election. First at grocery stores, then at the *nicer* chain restaurants. What's up with dat?!
