The headline is inaccurate.
It should say “Obama can choose whether or not to pay the troops if the debt limit isn’t raised.”
If Treasury Secretary Lew CHOOSES to not pay America’s debts — thereby CREATING the very crisis he has warned us against — then the House should impeach him for “high crimes and misdemeanors” for that illegal act.
Gangsters CREATE “crises” to extract cash from their victims. IMHO, Lew should be called out if he CHOOSES to follow the illegal — but effective — “Chicago Way”.
