Exactly right...I have limited understanding of the metric system of measurement so I have to use a chart. In general conversation though I am lost.

Metric is essentially a foreign language to those born and raised (and educated) in America. When I listen to people on videos and TV programs talking about anything having to do with units of measure, and they start describing things in terms of metric, I begin mentally tuning out. They may as well be speaking Chinese to me.

Update 03:33 UTC : The fault who generated today’s earthquake is probably the East Bohol Fault (see on the map below). More research has to be made (and will be made) to determine what triggered the earthquake.
