Dave Ramsey has been speaking financial sense to millions of people for years. He has taught Americans that credit is not the beautiful thing that banks and credit card companies have tried to make it out to be. He has taught Americans that spending more than you make is never a good idea. He has taught Americans that now is always the right time to fix your spending habits and get your financial house in order. A few days ago, Mr. Ramsey decided to share his wisdom with people of all political affiliations on how the Obamacare legislation would affect every American, no matter their political beliefs.
"Youre not exempt from math if youre a Republican, and youre not exempt from math if youre a Democrat. Youre not exempt from math if youre a liberal, and youre not exempt from math if youre a conservative. You still have to do math."

You’re missing the whole point WRT Obamacare.
You do need to run the numbers to fully understand what kind of trap O-care is.
We had the ideal “health insurance” plan in place before O-care came along. It was called a “Medical Savings Account” or MSA for short.
My wife and I were actually making $10,000 per year on our MSAs until Pelosi and Reid raped us.
With a MSA, you have a strong incentive to stay away from the med establishment, and that is a good thing. Stay away, and the longer you do it, the healthier, and wealthier you get.
Dave has freed millions of Americans and in other countries from debt and to stay out of debt. Can you say the same?
I sympathize with you. But I have always operated with the premise that what the govt. gives, it can take away.
There is an old saying, "Let the buyer beware."
I don't claim to free anyone from debt. All I was saying is that debt is bad and cash is good. That whenever one wants to be free, then try and get out of debt.
None of us are “buyers,” just easy victims of their constant shell game.
When much of this was coming about in the 50's, people would say, "It's from the govt." Not realizing that what they were expecting had to first be taken from someone. And, it was maybe someone who really couldn't afford the taking.
