We need a balanced budget in this country and if I had any say both EPA and OSHA, created during the days of President RIchard Nixon would be 100 percent shut down to save money.

Let the states decide on workplace safety and the environment. They already have agencies to deal with both issues.

“The Environmental Protection Agency has deemed that over 93% of its employees are “non essential”

I agree at least 93% is non essential.

If they had not agreed to pay back pay to the government employees then this would have been a benefit to the
economy but like all politicians, the Republicans caved as usual.

I really wish that this was a permanent condition of Federal Government and NO BACK PAY! This would be a real plus to the economic outlook but they continue to play the games!

Spending money is just a by product of our government anyway and won’t be changing until a third party emerges.

if you look at just one government agency that has a profound effect on the cost of living for all Americans, you can see there is a silver lining. The Environmental Protection Agency has deemed that over 93% of its employees are “non essential”...

Not much comfort there.
Most working net-taxpaying Americans deem 100% of EPA employees non-essential.

That’s the problem with Barry’s so called “government shutdown”. 82% of the damn thing is still up and running. Barry can’t even do a shutdown right. What an incompetent moron.
