I agree at least 93% is non essential.

Bingo. This agency is non-essential, unconstitutionally making laws that only the legislative branch is allowed to make. Why send the federal government a dollar for a return of 25 cents? The answer is simple—keeping federal workers with a paycheck. Abolish EPA, Education, Energy, commerce, and that is just the beginning. The longer this “federal shutdown” continues, the better. The low information dodos may finally realize what is going on. One can only hope.
