Will the Floridians who have enrolled for Obamacare please stand up?
Nearly two weeks after the federal government launched the online Health Insurance Marketplace at HealthCare.gov, individuals who have successfully used the choked-up website to enroll for a subsidized health insurance plan have reached a status akin to urban legend: Everyone has heard of them, but very few people have actually met one.
The Miami Herald searched high and low for individuals who completed enrollment for a subsidized health plan through the marketplace, also called an exchange, launched by the federal government on Oct. 1 in 36 states, including Florida.
The Herald solicited readers for stories of enrollees online and in the newspaper, and received a fair number of responses reflecting various degrees of success with HealthCare.gov, which has been plagued by technical problems that federal officials attribute to an overwhelming number of people trying to access the website at once.

May have to settle for the footprint of an Obamacare subscriber.
Not sure I can buy the Ukrainian wheat analogy.
3billion people??????????
if you log on - don’t worry about giving your SS #
AS soon as you log on, they have your IP address linked to YOU - you are then in their system and will be followed for compliance - the better/easier to collect fines if you not follow through =
Yup. The websites will be a perfect place for hackers to get info on “millions” of people.
That is a Great Pic had to facebook it...
Except that my ip address changes fairly frequently (unfortunately or maybe fortunately). :) Maybe not frequently enough and I always seem to get a new ip address that entities around the planet are constantly attacking.
Sorry about double post!
Are you serious?
313.9 million (2012)
United States of America, Population
I guess you were. My bad.
Yes, no one anticipated the sheer dozens of people who would be trying to sign up.
The US population is 314 million. You’re off by an order of magnitude. And that would be assuming every man woman and child logged on.
The article mentions the guy from Georgia. It doesn’t point out that he’s a fraud.
They quoted one guy who created an account. But they didn’t say he bought insurance.
I notice all the people they say signed up are students and they all get subsidies. If people qualified for subsidies are the only ones who sign up the program will die a fast death.
Coincidence?
I think not.
If you've go to do it, don't use your own computer. Use a computer at your local library. The word is out that the Obamacare website is a hacker's paradise.
Shouldn’t be too hard to find a few Floridians out of the 5,000 who enrolled nationwide.
I confused the pre amnesty population with the post amnesty population
