Sebelius looks like a witch straight out of a Disney cartoon. Even her name fits....sounds evil.
Her name sounds like Sibyl, a prophetess in Greek mythology, who uttered predictions in ecstatic frenzy and lived over 700 years.
Maybe she meant what she said, snicker.
