“Document suggests 2 Orlando flights may have been test runs for terrorists”
ORLANDO, Fla. —
SNIPPET: “The Transportation Security Administration confirmed that on Sept. 2, four men caught the attention of federal air marshals on board US Airways flight 1880 from Washington, D.C., to Orlando.”
SNIPPET: “The memo said that when the same flight was preparing to return to Ronald Reagan Airport in D.C., eight Middle Eastern women, concealed in full burkas, were gathered in the boarding area.
The US Airways captain would not take off from OIA until the plane was searched. According to the memo, evidence of tampering was found, but it did not give any details.”
SNIPPET: “TSA officials told Channel 9 the incident was fully investigated by federal agents who questioned the four men, checked them against the government database, couldn’t find their names and released them.”
I suspect the first time they try they’ll succeed - the TSA is like gun control... It stops the innocent and does NOTHING to the folks who are a threat.
