Did Gov Moonbeam grab the wrong pen while in a drug induced haze?
oops. I realize I should have clipped this article.
Too far-reaching? Lololol. That’s a good one, MoonBeam.. But it’s OK to let illegals have DLs and healthcare.. Strange times..:-)
This is surprising. The NRA still has some clout with their membership skyrocketing to epic levels. Nice to see Gov. Brown retains Americans right to shoot illegal alien invaders when the brutal Civil War starts.
Must be part of some weird “keep them guessing” strategy.
I had to chuckle about the line where they said using lead ammo was dangerous to humans. Oh really? Since that has been the type of ammo used pretty much since firearms were invented, how come were just finding about about the danger now?
I weep tears of bitter piteousness for all the pioneers and hunters of yore who were killed by ingesting lead from freshly-killed game .... oh, wait, they weren't.
Sorry. Just another Susan Sarandon moment.

And free machine guns, paid for by USG and shipped down to Mexico by MiniTrue and MiniLove.
Freedom is slavery, war is peace. Rock on.
Gov. Moonbeam is on the other side. Nice to see him blink, though.
Recall, that is the only reason Moonbeam vetoed anything. He saw what happened in Colorado. He cares not about gun rights!
While eating your pheasant, you might bite down on a shotgun pellet and break a tooth.
.. or something.
However it looks like the reworked hi capacity magazine ban went through. Which was targeted at old grandfathered magazines and “rebuild kits.”
Although after initial readings, I don’t see that it is written in a way that specifies you can’t sell to CA addresses. “causes to be manufactured” might be what they tried to use for selling...
Anyway after July 14 next year, even the old grandfathered magazines will be illegal it seems. I’m sure everyone will turn them in. Guess we’ll be seeing pmags for $100 again pretty quick here.

He probably thought the bill wasn’t strong enough because it talked about “semi-automatic” weapons. He’ll figure it out eventually.
ding .. ding .. ding — we have a winner!
Some multi million dollar Fed study that we paid for seems like the most logical explanation.
Bingo.
Doesn’t really make a difference because it was all for show. When they repeal the law that allows gun confiscations because of rumors, ex-wife or family unproven accusations, inferences from neighbors, anonymous accusations, etc. then there might be a difference. If they want your gun, they’ve got ample legal ammunition to go get it.
Be afraid be very afraid.
Yeah, but many of us have even more ammunition. ;-)
MOLON LABE!
I’m going to start a service, like hard drive destruction services. Send your 10+ magazine to me and I uh...promise it will be destroyed and metal parts will be recycled. I think I can make OK money if I only charge $5 per magazine.
