Obamacare websites have "no safeguards" to protect Americans who enroll in the health insurance exchanges from hackers who will "empty your bank account," according to internet security pioneer John McAfee.
McAfee said he could create a fake Obamacare exchange website for "a couple hundred dollars" and expect a big return on the scam.
"I'll ask you your social security, your date of birth, [so] an hour later I can empty your bank account," he told Fox News' Gretchen Carlson.
"And this is going to happen, it's going to happen soon. Nothing in the Obamacare system safeguards against this," he said.
The interview was a follow-up to McAfee's conversation with Fox's Neil Cavuto last week.

... you mean before the Feds empty my bank account???
My bank is my mattress. Try and hack that!
I think it’s much worse than that. I think the navigators, or at least some of them, will be able to access ANYONE’s essential information, not just the information of those who approach them to sign up.
I haven’t heard anything to make me believe they are locked out of the portions of the Data Hub which pertain to the population at large. What is to prevent them from surfing the database looking thru IRS information at random?
Another reason that Democrats have a real turd on their hands, so RINOs need to change the subject and throw in the towel.
Indeed! After all, Obama’s Chief Technology Officer of the United States (the real title of the technology czar) had a degree in public policy and years of experience in politics.
What could possibly go wrong?

Post of the day!!! HAHAHAHAHA!
Of course.
The hackers' websites will work.
A checking account with accrued NSF fees isn't much for the taking. Approximately 85% of their needs are government assistance with vouchers,EITC tax refunds, EBT cards with monthly refreshing, housing assistance, utilities assistance, etc.....
When everything you have is from the government, what is there to take?
this has to be the most expensive website every built ($680 million) and it looks like something a college kid threw together in 3 months
Good one. We certainly have a lot of hacks working for the feds.
Another good one. This has got to be one of the funniest weeks on planet ape ever.
When you have a dude whose brain is fried on bath salts tell you you’re f***ed.
You’re f***ed!!!
I guarantee you no liberal whose bank account is emptied will blame obama. They’ll say “It wasn’t the president’s fault. It was the computers.”
If the site works, it’s probably a spoof.
And that insurance will be offered by the hackers. Sorta’ like the mafia charging a protection fee.
Bank accounts? Smart hackers will empty their EBT accounts.
All the more reason for the Republicans in both Chambers of Congress to not even think of leaving their fingerprints on this debacle. Really. It can pass without your vote, so no political suicide is necessary; at least in the Senate.
The only rational choice for anyone with an IQ over 70 is... Repeal it in its entirety, or let the "Democratics progressives" own it completely.
The eventual fall out will be monumentally bad.
See Chart, "Putting Government Spending into Perspective".
Anyone that incompetent should not only be fired, but truly deserves serious jail time. Both the administrators of that contract, and the so-called programmers.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT CLICK ON THIS LINK IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT FIND IT OFFENSIVE!
Brilliant (foul but brilliant).
How To Uninstall McAfee Antivirus
OTOH - I think this is hysterically funny.
John McAfee makes fun of the justifiable complaints about McAfee Anti-Virus software, a company that hes had no involvement with for over 15 years and he makes fun of himself in the process, how hes been portrayed in the MSM- bath salt allegations and all (and FWIW, I think those allegations were just that allegations by a corrupt Beleize government).
A more serious and less NSFW and self parodying McAfee from a previous Neil Cavuto interview.
