For all the hysterical talk about having a gun pointed at his head, the truth is the only people who are in danger of being shot are old people who dare cross a Barackade or try to use a bathroom inside a national park.
Tell any liberal (and even some conservatives - I heard one this morning) that all laws have an implied “or else I’ll shoot you” attached to the end,
and they’ll tell you that is ridiculous.
But Obama is using the metaphor left and right.
Someone mentioned he was analogy impaired, almost as if he weren’t a cultural American. Someone who says “easy as cake” or “that’ll be a piece of pie”.
The good will that park rangers have built up over the years has been destroyed. &i$$ on them and Smokey the Bear, too.
They should expect the same treatment that a lot of Vietnam vets got when they came home.
