IRS/White House Collusion in the War on Religion
Townhall.com ^ | 10/9/2013 | Carol Platt Liebau

It is outrageous enough that the IRS and The White House were working in tandem so that the IRS shared confidential taxpayer information with the president and/or his aides. What makes the law-breaking doubly contemptible is that the information was shared in the context of a lawsuit against the despicable, unconstitutional ObamaCare abortifacient/contraceptive mandate:

[Top ObamaCare official Sarah Hall] Ingram attempted to counsel the White House on a lawsuit from religious organizations opposing Obamacare’s contraception mandate. Email exchanges involving Ingram and White House officials — including White House health policy advisor Ellen Montz and deputy assistant to the president for health policy Jeanne Lambrew — contained confidential taxpayer information, according to Oversight.

This news is significant, as more incontrovertible evidence that there was collusion between the IRS and The White House -- in this context, designed to help President Obama and his administration combat the furor elicited by the mandate.

What's more, note that the confidential taxpayer information came in the context of the lawsuit from religious organizations. It seems the administration was trying to get the upper hand in the litigation involving them. And that the confidential information was, presumably, that of such (a) group(s) just highlights the Obama administration's adversarial stance toward religion, especially Catholicism. Look at the other evidence of administration indifference (or worse) to faith:

Preventing a priest from conducting Mass voluntarily;

Analogizing religious education to segregation;

Allowing Plan B to be offered over-the-counter to girls of all ages;

The President's offensive behavior at Georgetown;

The President's penchant for leaving the "Creator" out of the Declaration of Independence;

The administration's threat to court-martial Christians in the military who discuss their faith.

There’s only one religion that Obama caters to, exempts, bows to, has dinners at the Spite House for on their religious holidays, issues proclamations for .... and it’s not the Judeo-Christian faith upon which this country was founded ..... it is the “peaceful religion” of our sworn enemies.

Impeachment is a wet dream.

The Democrats are hypnotized by this Muslim. Pelosi and Reid are his apostles in his devilish effort to destroy Christianity.

The president spoke of Republicans frightened by the Tea Party, but it is he and his apostles of evil who have a strangle hold on Democrat politicians. Democrats are frightened to death to break from the Borg. A few like Chuck the Schmuck, Steny Hoyer, and the whole of the Black Congressional caucus are as evil as Reid and Pelosi, others know what their fate would be if they tried to leave the Borg. They all vote as one—totally controlled by the evil Negro who would be King.

There's another issue: if the IRS had passed information about 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) groups to the White House without redacting personal and/or financial information, that is a HUGE violation of Federal laws regarding taxpayer privacy.

It’s not a war on religion—only Christianity.

Our bill of rights guarantee nothing.

They haven't since government has decided to no longer acknowledges that law which created it...Natural law. Primarily because Natural Law is where our inalienable Rights are.

-----

Thankfully, some of our Natural Law rights were codified many years ago, and have yet to be erased from History.

For those who adhere to the unconstitutional mindset that the ONLY law is that of the administrative organ, there are statues to cover that as well.

18 USC § 241 - Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured-
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Smoking gun between Obama and the IRS. Using the IRS as a political weapon. If he were white he would already be impeached. Actually, if he were white he never would have been elected to begin with due to lack of experience.

They haven't since the 17th Amendment. The 17th destroyed vertical separation of powers and de-federalized the government. Consolidation of power in Wash DC was guaranteed.
