Has anyone determined that Obama had the authority to shut it down in the first place?
IF he thinks he can control the entire shoreline of the USA out 12 miles, how come this isn’t more widespread???
The feds do have jurisdiction in this area of Fla. bay it happens to be within the Everglades Nat.Park. Trouble is none of this had to happen its jut more of the “making it hurt” philosophy the higher ups have told the rangers to do to us nation wide.
