A 26 year old is not a kid. I’d like to know where, with her health issues, she was getting full health coverage for $75 a month.

I’d also like to know what she got a degree in that she can’t get a job.

Some states offer more than one type of Medicaid program, some are subsidized with a small co-pay and others are totally free. So could maybe have been a subsidized program. Would be interesting to know name of state that issued her health coverage.

According to Obama, 26 year olds can remain on their parent’s policies so they must still be kids.

It’s called the Free Market which did exist just a couple weeks ago and now has been destroyed by ObamaCare.

Now that the government is involved and there is no free market, people with multiple major health issues can no longer buy full insurance coverage for only $75.00 a month.

Likely the University-provided insurance program.

One of the first things that happened after Obamacare became law was making mandatory coverage to age 26 for young adults under any parental policy.

I’d guess that 75 bucks was a surcharge on the parental policy.

Now she’s on her own.

Details at link, but basically 'overqualified'.

I am just guessing, but from the story she sounds pretty responsible. My guess is well right of center politically.

Good point. My healthy adult son was paying a similar rate with no health concerns. $75 a month with all of those health issues seems a little low.
