And -
there's this:
There are a lot of scientific data that Ive found out as a scientist that actually show that this is really a young earth, Broun said in a videotape of the Sportsmens Banquet held on September 27 at Liberty Baptist Church in Hartwell, Georgia. I dont believe that the earth is but about 9,000 years old.
He's absolutely entitled to his faith and beliefs, but there is vast scientific evidence to the contrary of this statement and the libs + media WILL use this quote against him and every other GOP candidate.
Even if he didn't mean it like he said it (ala Akin) - it's already out there.

That makes no sense. I would not do such a thing.

Well, you already did—see post 10 above. I’m simply saying that things such as the issue you raised are raised in the future, he should just say that’s unrelated to what he will be doing in the Senate and have no further discussion of it.
Unlike the idiot Akins did in the last election—he willingly (and needlessly) entered the snare set for him. That (and the idiot Mourdock’s equally unnecessary discussions) should serve as a lesson for ALL conservatives.
