I think Obamacare will kill the RATS buy 2014....the GOP should be telling everybody how bad it is and do nothing..

That decision was made some time ago and began to be implemented once the Senate refused to take up the defunding bill.

They took a shot knowing the main attacks could be directed at very specific failure targets after 1 October.
