Alaska lawmakers accused the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service of violating federal law by shutting down hunting on its lands during the government shutdown, saying a 1980 law guarantees state residents must have access to the land.

Having said that, given the price of a like new copy, with intact dust jacket, I have a friend who similarly keeps a close eye on his copy.
My opinion? BO & CO. wants to suspend the Constitution and declare martial law, grabbing all the power that goes with any totalitarian dictatorship...
If they thought they could do it without getting rounded up and hanged they would have done it already.
