**SNIP**

"What makes this man different than anyone else?" he asked. "The president is elected to negotiate."

"We treat the tea party like they are some kind of disease, and the very same thing on the other side the press don't even cover it," continued Zell, chairman of Equity Group Investments. "Can you imagine the press vilifying the ACLU?"

Zell said he's "not a big tea party fan at all," but added that they are "significant percent of the voting population" with a "right to have a view."

Tea Party has a right to a view? Not according to the liberals. To the liberals, the Tea Party is evil.

It speaks volumes about liberals as to how they will describe people and concepts. These liberals would never call Islam evil or say that Bin Laden was evil, but they will call Tea Party Republicans evil.

To the Liberals/Progressives/PravdaMedia ANYONE who has a modicum of power and can thwart their agenda, even in a small way, MUST BE DESTROYED. Please do not underestimate the PravdaMedia’s role in the degrading/demeaning of Republicans/Conservatives/Tea Party.

The Affordable Care Act is hardly perfect, but neither was Social Security or Medicare when first enacted.

Not only are these federal social spending programs hardly perfect, but FDR and Obama wrongly ignored that Congress first needed to petition the states for constitutional amendments which expressly grant Congress the powers to establish these programs.

I don’t know what you mean by PravdaMedia, but Pravda has good things to say about the Tea Party:

Imagine that.

The Tea Party still exists as a sub party because the Tea Party wins elections. What ever happened to the Occupy Party and their candidates?

Attended some of the earliest Tea Party rallies ... in Cincinnati, Ohio (IRS target territory). Haven't been active in recent years but I'm proud to have been involved very early on.

The Tea party has not begun to fight! Look to 2014 and then to 2016. If Freedom is still alive then, they will have a roll to play.

Maybe they are just trying to vilify us or maybe they really believe it. I can’t tell. To me, many of the progressive groups are evil: much of islam, most of the ACLU, a good share of the labor unions and teacher’s unions - management anyway, NAACP (not blacks as a whole, but the leadership), ...

I agree with the ACLU about 5% of the time. The rest of the time, they push a communist agenda.

Zell and liberals can call me whatever they like. I’m proud to say I’m a tea partier. I know many conservatives who are afraid to say that because they think it brands them as a kook.

If you have a reputation in your community as level-headed and clear-thinking, if you’re otherwise well-respected, it makes people think twice when you stand up for conservative values and “own” the tea party. It makes it harder for them to brand tea partiers as kooks.

I had dinner a few months ago with a conservative friend I’ve known for over 20 years. He says I’m the smartest person he’s ever met. He also thinks tea partiers are kooks. I asked him how meny tea partiers he knew. None. I said, “well, you know me.” Made him think hard.

“Generally, dereliction of duty refers to failure through negligence or obstinacy to perform one’s legal or moral duty to a reasonable expectation. In other words, it means willful or negligent failure to perform assigned duties or performing them in a culpably inefficient manner. Dereliction of duty is a specific offense in military law. “ (Quote from USLegal.com).

Dereliction of duty is an Impeachable Offense, as stipulated in the US Constitution. Dereliction of duty is also a US Military offense subject to a Courts Martial.

Will our sorry Congressional RINOs do their usual kid gloves, “boys will be boys” approach to Obama’s numerous violations of the US Constitution, or will they FINALLY draw up The Articles of Impeachment for B. Hussein Obama?

Not in a million years.
