That depends on how you look at it. He's a great president of the democrat party. He is just a total failure as the president of this great country. He has never really understood the Constitution and that becomes more evident each and every day.

He wants to go down in history for Obamacare, and he will. Unfortunately that footnote in history will also contain words like: failure, chaos, catastrophe, unworkable, tyranny, childish and other words I am sure he is not expecting.

In Greek we have a saying ‘meta stoma’ (translation: ‘with your mouth’)

“O” has always done everything ‘with his mouth’ and not in actual fact.

If anything can be done JUST by saying so, “O’s” your man!!

Down here on the ground, we call that ‘Throwing the s^%t on the wall and walking away’! Maybe it will stick ... maybe it WON’T!

Sounds very much like a paper hanger in Germany who became
der leader there by acquiescence of a largely misinformed hopeful nation of low information utopian Teutonic wanna bees. Very similar to the present situation here in the USA.
