Rupert is reciprocating by investing in Alwaleed's Kingdom Holdings, a media empire which is spread throughout the globe.
To Prince Alwaleed, Israel is the Great Satan. He's also the guy who offered a donation in the millions to New York City after 9/11, telling Mayor Rudy Giuliani that America "should be more sympathetic to the Palestinian cause".
Rudy turned the proffered donation/bribe down flat.
