This word, “fool,” pronounces a man to be without grace—it touches his spiritual condition. Jesus said, “whosoever shall say to a brother, “Moros\or Thou fool,” [which means, “Dull or stupid—heedless—blockhead—absurd—fool, Thou child of hell], “shall be in danger of hell fire.

If you read this clearly Jesus was talking about brothers (believers) being spared. Not about those already without grace.
