I posted a thread the other day about people in Ohio not letting the Barrycades stop them from enjoying the Cuyahoga Valley Ohio and Erie Canal Tow-Path bike trail. Well the people of Ohio have not given up, the plastic snow fence "Barrycades" are still downed and a limited number of people are enjoying their trail.
Which begs asking: should more people in more states use such peaceful "citizens guerrilla" tactics as cutting and downing their local park`s Barrycades? I can`t answer that for you but this morning, I had a really nice early autumn hike along a lovely trail.
That`s attempted grand larceny by the National Parks Service and they and Barry could kiss my ass.
That’s specifically what they were trying to avoid by asking the marina owner to play gatekeeper.
I’m willing to bet that by sunrise tomorrow (if they haven’t already) the two saw horses and the cone will have found new, more useful homes.
Amen, patriot! Keep using our parks, I know I will!
Padre Island National Seashore had locals walking through the tape. This got out and the news reported the Feds posted armed guards.
We need to get that to Drudge, Beck, Rush, Quinn & Rose, Mark Levin, anyone and everyone that`ll tell the American people.
Lemme guess - fish habitat?
That would work for me.
