Thirty-four people were killed and more than 100 wounded in clashes during protests in Egypt on Sunday, state news agency MENA quoted the health ministry as saying.

Fighting began after supporters and opponents of deposed Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood took to the streets to commemorate the "Egyptian victory" in the Yom Kippur War, that broke out on October 6, 1973.

I suspected many of these clashes along the way...and continued ones as it’s their nature, especially with the Brotherhood still there and roaming the streets. These will not be going away any time soon...until and if they nail down the brotherhood as Mubarak did.....which I doubt they will go that far.

There will never be a time where there isn’t war and clashed in the ME...they are still so very tribal and of course the Islamic Agenda isn’t going to go away either. They’ll always create chaos and clashes.

Still an illiterate and backward people by the worlds standards...but Egypt has come far none the less. But will always need a strong military presence to help whoever and whatever their governance is.
