Jerusalem, Israel --- October 5, 2013 ... Nefesh BNefesh, Israel's leading immigration (aliya) agency, has established an award to recognize outstanding immigrants to Israel from English-speaking countries.
The Bonei Zion Prize was established by Nefesh BNefesh to formally recognize outstanding Anglo olim veteran and recent who illustrate the spirit of modern-day Zionism by contributing in a potent manner towards developing the State of Israel, Nefesh BNefesh said in announcing the prize.
A panel of judges will award $10,000 prizes in five categories: science and medicine; education and non-profit; IDF (Israel Defense Forces) and national service; entrepreneurship and technology; and culture, sports and art.
Nominations for the prize will be accepted through December 15, 2013.
We believe that accentuating the achievements of Western olim will be a catalyst to inspire others to make Aliyah and help make a difference to our young country, said Rabbi Yehoshua Fass, a Nefesh BNefesh co-founder and its executive director.
The panel of judges includes Lt.- Gen. (Ret.) Gabi Ashkenazi, former IDF chief of staff; Dr. David Breakstone, vice chairman of the World Zionist Organization; David Gerstein, a prominent painter and sculptor; Rabbi Berel Wein, founder and director of The Destiny Foundation; Yehuda Avner, an author and a former diplomat and prime ministerial adviser; and Barbara Goldstein, the deputy executive director of Hadassah, Israel.
Founded in 2002 with the goal of revitalizing immigration from North America, NBN is funded by the Israeli government, the Jewish Agency and private donors.
NBN has offices in the United States and Britain but is headquartered in Jerusalem. It employs counselors and immigration professionals throughout Israel whose main job is to minimize the financial, logistical and social obstacles immigrants face before and after they arrive.
What I would do just to live there, love Israel.
Why?
To get under the skin of the Jewish collectivists?
Because.. at the moment I would feel better being there...people seem like they are just going to do nothing about what is going on here...SSDD
Nothing but talk anyway!
Let me assure you that I love the USA, am a vet and a Christian. I visited there in 2001 shortly before 9/11 and had a profound spiritual awaking...
BTW am a native Texan who lived down the road apiece from you;^)
Flame away if you must
Israel is actually the 51st state - the Israel Defense Forces and US Armed services train every day, shoulder to shoulder in the war against Islamic Jihad. Transcending military cooperation, nothing compares with the long, white sandy beaches of Tel Aviv, the vibrant nightlife, the magic and history of Jerusalem, skiing in the North and hiking the desert trails in the south.
Jews and Christians are brothers. And you will find that warm, welcoming spirit when visiting the Holy sites (if the Palestinians allow you) when you come to visit.
Meanwhile, muzzies continue to plot and carry out mass murder in Israel and in English-speaking countries, and in India, and throughout the muzzie and non-muzzie world, and are working on human spaceflight...

The collectivists in Israel are dying off. Thank G-d.
