Its amazing how they can have guards at parks and memorials but the border between the USA and mexico is wide open.

when parks don’t have people manning the gates, people self-pay and dropoff any entrance fee into a box by the front entrance.
you don’t need anyone there. more than half the time we go to parks there’s nobody around.
